Why would I book more than one Ayurvedic Consultation?

This is a wonderful opportunity to go deeper into healing and knowing yourself. Through multiple sessions we will have the chance to check in and make adjustments/ add education to support your healing journey.

What if I am unfamiliar with Ayurveda?

No problem. We are here to offer education on how to live in harmony with nature. No prior Ayurvedic knowledge is necessary.

 

Will Ayurveda cure me?

What a great question! As Ayurveda is not a licensed practice of medicine in the US we are not able to diagnose, treat or mitigate any disease. Though, we are committed to providing you with the best education that we can to support your health goals. Ayurveda is over 5,000 years old and provides extensive wisdom on how to maintain health of the body.

 

Who would benefit from an Ayurvedic Consult?

Everyone and anyone! Ayurveda provides support for any and all concerns from physical to mental and spiritual. All ages are welcome.

What do I need to do for the actual Ayurvedic Consult?

Consults are conducted over zoom. Please prepare a computer. tablet, phone ore device that allows you to access a camera and microphone, in a quiet space.

How do I pronounce "Ayurveda"?

This can be a tricky one. Ayurveda is a Sankrit word and is pronounced such as "Ahh, you're veda".

 

I took a dosha quiz online... but can you tell what my dosha is?

Great question! In a consult we will be able to assess which doshas are predominant in your constitution as well as which might be elevated. We are happy to provide this insight.
